AA GCR QUALITY RATING​

The Devlan Group is proud to be the recipient of an AA Quality rating from the Garantie de Construction Résidentielle (GCR) which is the highest rating awarded to contractors. The aspects assessed are the quality of buildings, the financial health of the company and customer satisfaction. This means that Le Groupe Devlan stands out for its professionalism, reliability and attention to detail to ensure best practices in construction and customer satisfaction.

Garantie de construction résidentielle (GCR) is a neutral and independent non‑profit organization. Its mandate is to administer the guarantee plan for new residential buildings in Quebec. GCR protects buyers and supports contractors in the mission of continuously improving the quality of residential construction.

It is located very close to the walking trail next to canal which is amazing during these difficult days.
