« My wife and I recently moved here after a long and exhausting effort to find the perfect place to live. The building is brand new and very well Maintained and kept. The apartments are absolutely gorgeous with high end appliances. The owner, Tony is an absolute delight, he extremely attentive, honest and really takes care of us. For instance I asked him for EV charging and he had it installed before we moved in, other places we had to ask 10s of times without avail. It is located very close to the walking trail next to canal which is amazing during these difficult days. I would absolutely recommend this building to anyone who is looking to live in a reasonably priced luxury apartment! . »
